our

Purpose

understand, restore, and steward the land

What Is

the Collective?

We are conservationists, landscape designers, and visionaries that operate under a holacratic, peer‑to‑peer model, so leadership flows to the people most qualified to lead a job.

We’re actively looking to create a headquarters and living campus with a trial garden, greenhouse, plant nursery, event venue, and design studio. This place will be a home for the collective, a gathering place for partners, and a living portfolio of what ecological resilience can look like over time.

Our intention is to connect with nature conservancies, land developers, community activists, researchers, digital artists, filmmakers, technologists, and amateur enthusiast of native plants. If this is you, you’re invited to walk with us and help restore landscapes for future generations.

Who is

the Collective?

A man wearing a black cap, gray long-sleeve shirt, and watch, crouching in a dense green forest, examining or tending to small plants on the ground.
A man wearing a beige baseball cap and green T-shirt taking a selfie in a nursery filled with small trees with wrapped root balls and colorful ribbons tied to the branches, with sunlight filtering through the leaves.
